General Rule for getting a Tattoo 

• Age: 18 years old-some exceptions (emancipated minor, married, or enlisted in the military)
• CANNOT get a tattoo under age of 18
• Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from getting a tattoo, regardless of parental consent.
• Age to get pierced: General rule is 16 years old, except genitals, dermals, and surface piercings then 18 years old- Shop policy
